2. Services
We provide career coaching, mentoring, events, and access to third-party partners (housing, legal services). Your360Compass is not liable for the quality of third-party services.
3. Payment & Refunds
- All fees are displayed in euros and must be paid before the start of services unless otherwise agreed.
- Refunds are not provided once services have started, except in cases of proven non-delivery by Your360Compass.
- As per French law, clients booking online have a 14-day withdrawal right, unless they consent to services starting before this period (waiving the right).
4. Liability
We commit to professional delivery of our services, but we do not guarantee a specific outcome (such as employment).
5. Intellectual Property
All content (documents, workshops, logos, materials) is property of Your360Compass and cannot be copied or shared without prior consent.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Paris, France.
