These General Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern the contractual relationship between Your360Compass SASU, registered in France under SIREN [989 870 969], and any individual or organization (“Client”) purchasing services offered on www.your360compass.com.
2. Services Covered
The following services are covered by these Terms:
- Individual and group coaching programs (Gold, Diamond, Career Changer, Kick-Off).
- Digital products (Career Accelerator, Alumni & Business Masterclasses, Digital Bundle).
- Events, workshops, and mentorship programs.
- Access to partner services (housing, legal support, relocation), provided by third-party experts.
⚠️ Your360Compass is not responsible for the execution of third-party services (e.g., housing or legal assistance).
3. Prices & Payment
- Prices are listed in euros (€), all taxes included.
- Payment is required in full before the start of services unless otherwise specified in writing.
- Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, bank transfer, or any online system specified at checkout.
- Your360Compass reserves the right to suspend or cancel services in case of non-payment.
4. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Protection – French Law)
In compliance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, Clients purchasing online have a 14-day withdrawal right starting from the date of purchase.
- If services begin before this period and the Client has given explicit consent, the withdrawal right is waived.

5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Before services start: full refund available within the 14-day withdrawal period.
- After services start: no refund will be issued, except in cases of proven non-delivery of services by Your360Compass.
- Digital products (Career Accelerator, Masterclasses, Digital Bundle) are non-refundable once accessed.
6. Client Obligations
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate personal information necessary for service delivery.
- Attend scheduled sessions or events, respecting cancellation policies.
- Use provided materials for personal purposes only (no redistribution).
7. Intellectual Property
All content, documents, videos, and materials provided by Your360Compass remain the intellectual property of the company. Reproduction, sharing, or resale without written authorization is strictly prohibited.
8. Liability
Your360Compass provides guidance, coaching, and mentorship with professionalism and diligence. However, no guarantee is made regarding specific outcomes (e.g., employment or career placement), as these depend on external factors beyond our control.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be settled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
